Reklam Kurulu’nun incelemesinde bir otomobil reklam\u0131nda t\u00fcketiciyi yan\u0131lt\u0131c\u0131 unsurlar tespit edildi. Ticaret Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131, ilgili firmaya 863 milyon lira ceza uygularken, uzmanlar ara\u00e7ta vaat edilen \u00f6zelliklerle ger\u00e7ek durum aras\u0131nda fark bulunmas\u0131 halinde t\u00fcketicilerin sahip oldu\u011fu haklara dikkat \u00e7ekiyor.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Aldat\u0131c\u0131 reklamlara y\u00f6nelik denetim ve yapt\u0131r\u0131mlar her ge\u00e7en g\u00fcn daha da art\u0131r\u0131l\u0131yor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Otomotiv sekt\u00f6r\u00fcne ili\u015fkin reklamlar tek tek inceleniyor. Reklam Kurulu, Japonya merkezli bir otomobil firmas\u0131n\u0131n 2025 model SUV tipi ara\u00e7 i\u00e7in yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 reklamda ayk\u0131r\u0131l\u0131k tespit etti.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ara\u00e7ta arka kol dayama, kablosuz \u015farj, stepne ve arka koltuk g\u00f6zleri gibi donan\u0131mlar\u0131n bulunmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 belirlendi. Kurul, reklam\u0131n t\u00fcketiciyi yan\u0131ltt\u0131\u011f\u0131 gerek\u00e7esiyle firmaya 863 milyon liran\u0131n \u00fczerinde ceza kesti.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

T\u00fcketici Konfederasyonu Ba\u015fkan\u0131 Ayd\u0131n A\u011fao\u011flu, “T\u00fcketicinin 4 tane se\u00e7imlik hakk\u0131 var. Yenisini isteyebilir, \u00fccretsiz giderilmesini isteyebilir, ay\u0131b\u0131n ay\u0131p oran\u0131nda indirim isteyebilir. Bu durumda ay\u0131p oran\u0131nda indirim istenmesi en makul \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm olarak g\u00f6z\u00fck\u00fcyor” dedi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

“Ticeret Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 b\u00fcnyesindeki Reklam Kurulu’na bu t\u00fcr ilan ve aldat\u0131c\u0131 reklamla ilgili \u015fikayette bulunursa t\u00fcketici orada Reklam Kurulu da gerekli incelemeyi yapar ve yapt\u0131r\u0131m uygular. B\u00f6ylelikle aldat\u0131lm\u0131\u015f olan, yan\u0131lt\u0131lm\u0131\u015f olan t\u00fcketici bir delile daha kavu\u015fmu\u015f olur. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc Reklam Kurulu’nun yapaca\u011f\u0131 uygulama, inceleme neticesinde \u00e7\u0131kacak olan rapor belirleyicidir.”<\/p>\n\n\n\n
