Bu \u015fehir tarih, \u00fcretim, tar\u0131m, k\u00fclt\u00fcr ve g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc bir mutfak haf\u0131zas\u0131n\u0131 ayn\u0131 anda ta\u015f\u0131yor. Biz mutfa\u011fa yaln\u0131zca lezzet olarak de\u011fil; k\u00fclt\u00fcrel miras, turizm ve ekonomik kalk\u0131nman\u0131n \u00f6nemli bir bile\u015feni olarak bak\u0131yoruz.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Hitilerden bug\u00fcne uzanan sofra haf\u0131zas\u0131&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bir d\u00f6nem Hitit \u0130mparatorlu\u011fu\u2019na ba\u015fkentlik yapan \u00c7orum, Anadolu\u2019nun en k\u00f6kl\u00fc medeniyet haf\u0131zalar\u0131ndan birini ta\u015f\u0131yor.
