Uykunun s\u00fcresi kadar, kesintisiz ve derin olmas\u0131 da b\u00fcy\u00fck \u00f6nem ta\u015f\u0131r. Yeti\u015fkinlerin her gece ortalama 7-9 saat kesintisiz uyumas\u0131 gerekir&#8221; diye konu\u015ftu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 bir uykunun \u00fc\u00e7 temel bile\u015feni oldu\u011funu belirten Karada\u011f, &#8220;Bunlar s\u00fcre, s\u00fcreklilik ve derinliktir. Gece boyunca nefesin durmas\u0131, kalp hastal\u0131klar\u0131, diyabet ve obezite riskini art\u0131r\u0131r. Ayn\u0131 zamanda g\u00fcn i\u00e7inde dikkat kayb\u0131na neden olarak trafik ve i\u015f kazalar\u0131na da yol a\u00e7abilir. Bu durum hipertansiyon, kalp hastal\u0131klar\u0131 ve ani kalp durmas\u0131 riskini art\u0131rabilir&#8221; dedi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Uyku apnesinin yaln\u0131zca sa\u011fl\u0131k de\u011fil, trafik g\u00fcvenli\u011fi a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan da \u00f6nemli bir konu oldu\u011funu belirten Karada\u011f, &#8220;Karayollar\u0131 Trafik Y\u00f6netmeli\u011fi kapsam\u0131nda uyku apnesi olan s\u00fcr\u00fcc\u00fclerin tedavi olmadan ara\u00e7 kullanmalar\u0131 m\u00fcmk\u00fcn de\u011fildir. \u00d6zellikle v\u00fccut kitle indeksi y\u00fcksek olan bireylerin, herhangi bir \u015fik\u00e2yeti olmasa bile uyku testi yapt\u0131rmalar\u0131 gerekebilir.
